DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Charges

POST NL NETHERLANDS €6.95

Your package will be delivered within 1-3 business days. This includes processing time.

All our deliveries are handled by PostNL. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code which allows you to know about your packages whereabouts.

Something came up and you missed your package? No need to worry. PostNL will try again. If PostNL did not succeed in delivering your package, it will be sent to a depot assigned by PostNL. You will then have 7 days to pick it up.

SHIPPING COSTS POST NL

The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 6,95 and for Belgium €15.00 with track & trace Shipping costs are calculated as soon as you select your country. Do you order above € 100.- Then we will send the package (the Netherlands and Belgium) to you free of charge.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 All our international deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT and Troll.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At LaGlamour we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS 

Please allow 3-10 working days for pre-ordered items to be shipped, however they could be shipped sooner. No further information will be available on pre-order items. when your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and text message about your delivery.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY DELAYED DELIVERIES HOWEVER,IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL PLEASE CONTACT POSTNL FOR MORE INFORMATION. UNFORTUNATELY ONCE YOUR PARCEL IS SHIPPED we are not able to gain any additional information.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, delays are inevitable please be patient as it may take a bit more time to receive your parcel than expected.
