RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Return and Exchange
we are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. All Items must be unworn and unwashed in order to receive an exchange or giftcard
 
We aim to process all returns within 10-14 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a giftcard or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. Please note we do not contact you when an item arrives back to us, but only once your giftcard / exchange has been issued 10-14 working days later.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We do not issue no refunds only giftcards or exchange
